Our Chia is grown in the Kimberley region of Western Australia, well known for it’s clean water, rich soil and quality foods.
CHIA SEEDS are now considered a staple food and one of the richest plant sources of Omega 3, also contains other EFA’s, fibre and minerals.
HOW TO USE: Sprinkle on your cereal, soups, salad, meals and desert. Add to your favourite fruit juice or smoothie. Alternatively you can soak 15g – 30g in water before consuming. Add to bread, cookies and cake.
